Rian is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Accredicted Exercise Scientist, and member of Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). She completed her bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science with JCU in Cairns and her Master of Exercise Physiology (Clinical) with CSU. Rian is a registered yoga teacher 200hrs.
Education aside, Rian has always been passionate about health and wellness. Growing up in Muswellbrook, she spent many years in various parts of the east coast of Australia before returning to Muswellbrook to grow her family. Rian loves sport and competition. Her passion now is helping people with chronic conditions to use exercise to improve or maintain their independence and quality of life. After having babies, she is also passionate about Womens health and believes in supporting mums to restore their pelvic health, mental wellbeing, and overall health.
Rian is our resident yoga teacher and Accredited Exercise Scientist. She is passionate about working with her clients to uncover their intrinsic motivators to help them to overcome obstacles and move forward. Rian loves nothing more than finding ways to challenge and empower herself. Her favourite form of training is Muay Thai pad work. Rian is your point-of-call for all enquiries.
Robbie is an experienced triathlete and rugby league coach and player. He specializes in “grunt” work and loves nothing more than pushing the boundaries of the body. He has completed 3 full Ironman’s and 5 half Ironman’s, all while captain-coaching rugby league and working full time as a carpenter which has given him an exceptional insight into training loads and what can be achieved even when most people think you are crazy. When training gets tough, he remembers the poem by Dylan Thomas, “Do not go gentle into that good night”. His favourite form of training is interval training over 200m.
Kiri started her journey as a gymnast and is now an accomplished Muay Thai fighter. She has been training Muay Thai since 2007 and has trained with other elite fighters in both Australia and Internationally. She has a passion for clean living, fully experiencing the world around her and not shying away from an obstacle. Kiri has a gift for shifting old patterns and helping people to make better choices in life and this has led her helping others to do the same.
