As much as we would love to have you rely on our services forever, to us that is a failure on our part. We aim to teach you the skills for you to continue to pave your own path of optimal health. Maybe you come back to us annually for a retreat recharge, take a regular yoga class for maintenance, or have a training program reviewed or revamped by us, but this isn’t a “set and forget” program.
