Our Transformation Package encompasses the best of our services for a complete shift in the body and mind to unveil a whole new you.

This all-inclusive package is designed for us to work together to uncover the barriers between you and your goals to move toward a healthier life.

You will receive:

One-on-one consultation covering topics such as your goals, challenges and experiences. We aim to understand what is important to you to determine how best to support you to reach your goals. This generally takes 30-60mins and can be in person or over the phone.

We use a range of methods to track the effectiveness of our programs for each client. These include anthrometric measurements such as height and weight as well as assessments of strength, aerobic capacity. We also use subjective assessments that consider your emotional wellbeing. All information is strictly confidential. We will never share your information without your express permission.

You will receive 1 x 60 min personal training session per week as well as a personalised training plan to complete in your own time. The training plan will take into account the time you would like to dedicate to exercise and your preferred movement. Additional training sessions can be arranged.

Unlimited access to any and all yoga classes offered by TWM. We recommend attending as many classes as you can. Please see the details on the yoga page for more information about the individual classes.

Receive a one-on-one session with Kiri via video or phone. These sessions are intended to explore attachments, judgements, self-empowerment and deepening connection with your body and being.

Nutrition is a cornerstone of health. We will discuss your current relationship with food, and how to nourish your body for performance. As we are not nutritionists or dieticians, those with complex nutritional requirements are recommended to consult a specialist.

Ongoing support is received via your preferred method of communication to help you to honor your commitment to yourself. We can’t come to your house and drag you outside, but we can try. We will support you to find motivators, enhance discipline and accept our old friend, self-sabotage.

It depends what your goals are and what your current level of training is. The one training session per week is intended to keep you on track. This program is about a lifestyle change, and part of that change is learning how to incorporate and prioritise regular exercise into your schedule (which we will help you do!)

Although we endeavor to make as many yoga classes available as possible, we do not guarantee any minimum number of classes.
